I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with my new orthopedic pillows. For months, I woke up every morning with some type of pain in my neck. Sometimes, it was just stiff, but on other occasions, right at the base of my neck, I would have a searing pain that would extend into my right shoulder. These neck pains were frequently accompanied by headaches. I would make an appointment with my chiropractor, gain relief from the pain, only to wake up the next day, or a few days later, with exactly the same symptoms. Often the pain in my neck would wake me during the night, and it would be nearly impossible to fall back to sleep. The first morning I slept on my new pillow, I woke with no neck pain, and I have not experienced one morning of neck pain since that first morning. I am sleeping through the night, and wake up pain free and feeling rested. I never thought such a simple thing as a pillow could make such a world of difference! I've had trouble with my neck, following a whiplash injury, that's gotten worse with the years. My neck needs a lot of firm support, and I'm a side sleeper with wide shoulders, so finding a pillow that is high enough with just-right firmness to really cushion and support my neck has been a challenge. I've bought more than a dozen orthopedic pillows in the last few years. I'd reached the point where I dreaded going to bed each night, trying to find a comfortable position for my neck, and knowing I'd wake up stiff and achy, and have neck pain all day.
I was delighted to find not one, but two pillows that really work well for me, from Pillow Relief. I'm using both the Perfect Rest pillow and the Double Core Select. They both have great, firm neck support while still being cushy enough overall to be truly comfortable. I sleep much better, wake up with no stiffness, and make it through the day with minimal or no neck discomfort. They are both well-crafted with quality materials and seem like they will last for awhile. Also, their customer service was very friendly and responsive with my questions. I had been hesitant to buy pillows over the Internet, but I would gladly buy from them again.

My new pillow is great. I was buying pillows and trying them about every other week. None of them helped me. I even bought one from the chiropractor that was recessed in the middle. I was supposed to sleep in the middle on my back and the high part on my side. It did not help my neck at all. Since I got the CervAlign, I have slept good every night. I did not take it with me on vacation and wished I had because I didn't sleep well when we were gone. I will pack it and take it the next time I go away.
