The CervAlign pillow places your head and neck in it's most natural, neutral postion and maintains this support as you roll from your back to your side. The CervAlign's new indented center improves neck support for back sleeping, while maintaining comfort during side sleeping. The curved cervical lobe follows the neckline, maintaining proper neck support while also allowing for shoulder comfort. This proper sleeping posture can help alleviate headaches, neck strains, arthritis and other ailments. It can also provide relief from, and help prevent, nerve pressure and airway blockage (a major cause of snoring), and assist in the recovery from injuries.

It is the perfect complement to support any treatments you are receiving from a healthcare professional. Additionally, when your neck is not stiff or irritated, you can turn the pillow around and use the large upper pillow section for normal sleeping comfort.

Filled with cluster fiber for a down-like feel and has a 230 thread count fabric cover for comfort and durability. Washable. 24”x16” (61cm x 41cm).

Sizing Instructions: The CervAlign is available in 3 lobe sizes which allows the proper fit for any body style. The Size 6 lobe is the average size and fits most people. In order to determine your personal fit, you can download a PDF of the sizing guides by clicking below under Additional Information on "Download CervAlign Sizing Guides". You can also measure from the bottom of your ear to your shoulder with a standard ruler or tape measure to determine your personal fit.
(4" or less = Size 5, 4 to 5" = Size 6, 6" or more = Size 7)
