The Soothe-A-Ciser with Hot & Cold pack gives you the option of adding hot or cold therapy to this gentle traction system. Cold therapy reduces soreness and swelling, and provides temporary pain relief from sudden injuries, such as whiplash. For day-to-day use, heat therapy relaxes tight muscles. The heat from the pack will further encourage the chest and neck muscles to soften and elongate. The hot & cold pack is coated in soft, frost-free fabric, not plastic, to feel gentle on the skin. The hook and loop closure makes the pack easy to attach and remove. Store the pack in the freezer or heat in the microwave. Soothe-A-Ciser is made with durable polyurethane foam and is covered in a soft nylon. 21" X 11" X 7". Hot & Cold pack - 6" X 10".
